Spark Place FAQ’s

    • Our play space is designed for

      children ages 0-6. Babies under 12

    • months play for free when

      accompanied by a paid sibling.

    • Limited capacity: We strongly

      recommend booking in advance.

    • Walk-ins are welcome but not

      guaranteed and depend on

      availability.

    • On rainy and cold days, we fill up

      quickly! Be sure to check the

      weather and reserve your spot

      ahead of time.

  • Spark Place is designed for children

    ages 0–6 years old.


  • Monday - Closed

    Tuesday - Wednesday

    9:00am-6:00pm

    Saturday -Sunday

    8:00am-12:15pm ( check on our website

    for weekly updates )

    • Adult supervision is required at all

      times. Spark Place is not a drop-off

      facility.

    • Parents/caregivers are responsible

      for their children’s behavior. No

      rough play, running, or climbing on

      areas not meant for climbing.

    • Waivers must be signed before

      entry. These can be completed

      online in advance or at check-in via

      QR code.

    • Socks are required for both

      children and adults in the play

      area. Children must wear non-slip

      socks.Forgot yours? We have

      socks available for purchase

      ($3.75).

    • No food or drinks in the play area.

      Guests can enjoy food and

      beverages in our coffee break

      room or designated areas.

    • Those purchasing café items

      without using the play area can

      only have their food or beverage

      to-go only. Indoor seating is

      reserved for play guests only.

    • Feeling sick? Please stay home.

      For the safety of all guests, we

      reserve the right to deny entry if

      anyone in your party shows signs

      of illness (cough, runny nose, fever,

      etc.). If you’re unwell, please

      reschedule your visit.

    • No birthday celebrations during

      Open Play. This includes cakes,

      gifts, balloons, or party

      decorations.

    • Potty training in progress? If your

      child is not fully potty trained,

      please ensure they wear a diaper

      or pull-up. Accidents happen, but

      excessive cleaning may result in a

      $40 cleaning fee.

  • Your child’s health and safety are our top

    priority.

    At Spark Place, cleanliness and safety

    are part of our daily routine. Our team

    continuously monitors the space

    throughout the day, cleaning and

    sanitizing high-touch areas using kid-

    safe products. In addition to ongoing

    cleaning, scheduled sanitizing takes

    place during slower periods, and a full

    cleaning is completed every evening. If

    additional cleaning is needed at any

    time, it is done immediately to help

    maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable

    environment for all families.

    Here’s how we maintain a clean

    and sanitized environment:

    • Continuous cleaning: Our staff

      sanitizes toys and surfaces

      throughout the day.

    • Daily deep cleaning: Every

      evening, our play space undergoes

      a full sanitization using child-safe

      cleaning products.

    • No shoes policy: Our play area is a

      shoe-free zone to keep it clean

      and safe for crawlers.

    • Safe & non-toxic cleaning

      products: We use Pro Nature,

      a medical-grade disinfectant that

      kills 99.9% of germs, mold, and

      viruses without harmful

      chemicals, fragrances, or fumes.

  • Due to allergy concerns, outside food

    and drinks are not allowed. However,

    our café offers a variety of:

    • Coffee & specialty drinks

    • Kid-friendly snacks

    • Bakery treats

  • Yes! Our café is open to everyone—

    whether or not you’re here for play.

    • If you’re not using the play area,

      café items are available to-go.

    • Indoor seating is reserved for

      guests using the play space.

  • Yes! Spark Place offers private birthday

    parties with multiple packages to

    choose from.

    • All birthday parties are private

      —you’ll have exclusive use of the

    • play space.

    • We provide decor, activities, and

      setup assistance to make party

      planning easy.

    • No outside food or decorations

      allowed during Open Play, but our

      party packages include everything

      you need to celebrate!

  • Q: What is the cancellation policy for

    Open Play?

    A: If you can’t make it, please reschedule

    in advance through our booking system.

    No-shows may be subject to a

    cancellation fee.

    Q: Can I leave my stroller inside?

    A: Due to limited space, we do not allow

    strollers inside the play area. Stroller

    parking is available outside the

    entrance.

  • Yes! Spark Place features a full café

    serving espresso drinks, specialty lattes,

    and seasonal beverages for caregivers.
